今回は和歌山県の海側にある那智勝浦温泉 ホテル浦島へ行ってきました！
まず驚いたのは、ホテルまで無料送迎船があるということ。
勝浦丸という亀の船の乗り物に乗って、ホテルにたどり着きます。
温泉の種類は全部で5種類。
今回はホテル浦島で有名な大洞窟風呂 忘帰洞（ぼうきどう）に入浴しました。
間口２５メートル・奥行５０メートル・高さ１５メートルの天然洞窟。
その洞窟の中に自然に温泉が湧出して、熱い湯溜りとなり、古くから沐浴に賞用されていたようです。
忘帰洞の名は、大正時代に紀州藩の徳川頼倫公が来遊されて『帰るのを忘れさせるほど心地よい』と誉めて名付けられたのものです。
その名の通り、洞窟の外に広がる荒波せまる太平洋の絶景は素晴らしいものでした。
まさに竜宮城の世界。テーマパークな雰囲気があり、家族連れにピッタリなホテルです。

Large cave baths (Bokido and Genbudo)
[Business hours] 9:00-19:00 (last admission at 18:00) *Men and women switch in the morning and afternoon.
[Adults 1,500 yen (including tax) Children 750 yen (including tax) *Children=3 years old to elementary school students.
[Remarks] The museum is closed on planned annual holidays or temporary holidays.
The museum may also be closed due to construction or maintenance.

Spring quality: Sulfur containing sodium calcium chloride spring
(Weak alkaline hypotonic high hot spring)

This time I visited Nachikatsuura Onsen Hotel Urashima, located on the ocean side of Wakayama Prefecture!
The first thing that surprised me was that there is a free shuttle boat to the hotel.
You can reach the hotel by taking a turtle boat ride called Katsuura Maru.
There are a total of five types of hot springs.
This time I bathed in Hotel Urashima’s famous large cave bath, Bokido (忘帰洞).
This natural cave has a frontage of 25 meters, a depth of 50 meters, and a height of 15 meters.
Hot spring water gushes out naturally in the cave, forming a hot pool that has been used for bathing since ancient times.
The name “Bokido” was given by Prince Yorimichi Tokugawa of the Kishu Clan during the Taisho Era (1912-1926), who visited the cave and praised it as “so comfortable that it makes you forget you are going home.
As the name implies, the view of the Pacific Ocean stretching out from the cave was spectacular.
It is truly the world of the Dragon’s Palace. It has a theme park atmosphere and is a perfect hotel for families.
