蔵王温泉には、強酸性のお湯がとうとうと注がれる源泉掛け流しの湯がたくさんありますが、浴場によってその濃さや温度が異なっています。
今回ご紹介する「こけしの湯」は「下湯共同浴場」のすぐ目の前にある「招仙閣」という宿のお風呂です。
この招仙閣の「こけしの湯」は露天風呂はなく内湯のみですが、その泉質は蔵王温泉の中でも随一のレベル。無色透明の強酸性のお湯の中に真っ白な温泉の成分が大量に溶け込んでいます。
日帰り入浴も可能なのですが、知っている人が少ないのか、日中のお客さんはあまりいません。超穴場の最高レベルの温泉ですので、蔵王温泉を訪れた際には、ぜひこちらの「こけしの湯」にも立ち寄っていただければと思います。

なお、温泉は結構熱めで、さらに、強酸性のお湯ですので、肌がピリピリします。

There is no open-air bath in this Kokeshi-no-Yu, but only the indoor bath. The quality of this hotspring bath is one of the best in Zao Hotspring Resort. A large amount of pure white hot spring ingredients are dissolved in the colorless and transparent strong acid hot water.
It is possible to take a day trip bath, There are not many customers during the day time, probably because few people know it. It is the highest level hot spring in a super secret place, so when you visit Zao Hotspring Resort, please stop by this “Kokeshi no Yu”.
