泉質：ナトリウム・カルシウム-塩化物・炭酸水素塩温泉（低張性中性温泉）

上ノ国中心街から木古内方向へ約16km、山間の盆地に軒を連ねる湯ノ岱地区の一角に、湯ノ岱温泉郷は存在します。静かな山間の清流天の川のほとりに存在する上ノ国町国民温泉保養センターの浴場には3種類の温度（35℃、38℃、42℃）の浴槽とうたせ湯があり、長湯をしたい方にお薦めです。珍しい炭酸泉の温泉で、週末には遠方から訪れる方々で賑わいます。

Spring quality: Sodium calcium chloride and bicarbonate onsen (hypotonic neutral hot spring)

Yunotai Hot Spring Resort is located in the Yunotai area, about 16 km from the center of Kaminokuni in the direction of Kikonai, in a mountainous basin. The Kaminokuni-cho National Hot Spring Recreation Center, located by the clear Amanogawa River in a quiet mountainous area, has bathtubs of three different temperatures (35°C, 38°C, and 42°C), as well as a hot spring bath with a steam bath, and is recommended for those who wish to take a long hot bath. The rare carbonated hot spring attracts visitors from far and wide on weekends.
