今回は、新潟県五頭温泉郷にある村杉温泉「長生館」に行ってきました。
村杉温泉は今回で2回目！
ラジウム温泉の魅力に取り憑かれて、また来ちゃいました♪

今回は、村杉温泉長生館にて「庭園ジャズライブ」があると聞き、参加させていただきました。

こちらは、庭園がとても美しいです。
五頭の自然をあるがままに表現しています。
ただ緑を眺める時間が、とても贅沢な時間に思いました。

お風呂は、新潟県下最大の庭園露天風呂。
その広さは男女合わせて1,000坪もあります。
開放的な空間で、四季折々の景色を楽みながらゆっくり浸かることができます。

また、入浴方法も他と異なり、「温冷交互浴」を推奨しています。
ラジウム温泉の源泉が26℃と低く、
それをそのまま100%掛け流しした「休み湯」と
ぬる湯の露天風呂を交互に入ることで、体の代謝や血流も良くなります。

そのほかにも、庭園内に茶室風の貸切露天風呂が3つあります。
大切な人と一緒に、自然を眺めながら温泉に浸かる時間。
体も心も癒されます。

村杉温泉にはがん治療で来られる方がとても多いそう。
そんな中で長生館の考え方は、病気の治療というより、
自然を満喫しながら体を癒して、同時に湯治をする。
前向きに過ごせるように働いている方たちも心がけています。

温泉からお食事、ジャズライブまで、とても素敵な時間を過ごさせていただきました。
ジャズライブは月に1度開催される予定なので、綺麗な音色と自然の音とのハーモニーを体感してみてください。

This time I visited Choseikan, a Murasugi Onsen located in Goto Onsenkyo, Niigata Prefecture.
This is my second visit to Murasugi Onsen!
I was so fascinated by the radium hot spring that we came back again♪

This time, I heard that there was a “Garden Jazz Live” at Choseikan in Murasugi Onsen, so I joined the event.

The garden here is very beautiful.
It represents the nature of Gotou as it is.
Just looking at the greenery was a very luxurious time for me.

The bath is the largest garden open-air bath in Niigata Prefecture.
The combined area of the men’s and women’s baths is 1,000 tsubo.
In this open space, you can enjoy the seasonal scenery as you soak in the baths.

The bathing method differs from other baths in that it recommends alternating hot and cold baths.
The source of the radium hot spring is as low as 26°C.
The “rest bath” is a 100% free-flowing hot-spring water, and the “open-air bath” is a lukewarm bath.
Alternating between the “resting bath,” in which the hot spring water is 100% poured over the body, and the open-air bath, in which the water is lukewarm, improves the body’s metabolism and blood flow.

In addition, there are three private teahouse-style open-air baths in the garden.
Spend time soaking in the hot spring with your loved one while enjoying the view of nature.
Both your body and mind will be healed.

Many people come to Murasugi Onsen for cancer treatment.
Choseikan’s idea is not so much to treat illnesses, but rather to provide a relaxing and healing experience while enjoying the natural surroundings.
Healing the body while enjoying nature, and at the same time, the hot-spring cure.
The people who work at Choseikan also try to make your stay a positive one.

From the hot springs to the meals to the live jazz concerts, we had a wonderful time.
Jazz live music will be held once a month, so please experience the harmony between the beautiful sound and the sound of nature.
